Kajkarma provides AI automation solutions, web development, ecommerce development, mobile application development, SEO, digital marketing, and related digital growth services. The specific scope of services for each engagement is defined in the individual project agreement or proposal.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or submitting forms. Providing false information may result in termination of your account.

Our Content

All content on the Kajkarma website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Kajkarma or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content or materials you provide to us. By sharing content with us, you grant Kajkarma a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.

Deliverables

Upon full payment of all agreed fees, Kajkarma transfers ownership of the final project deliverables to you, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Kajkarma retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio.

Fees and Billing

Fees for our services are outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements. All invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the agreement. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for accounts with outstanding balances.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and as specified in the project agreement. Work already completed and delivered is generally non-refundable. Please contact us if you have concerns about a deliverable.

Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties applicable to your purchase under the laws of your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use Kajkarma's services or website to: (a) engage in any unlawful activity; (b) transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; (d) interfere with the operation of our services; (e) infringe on the intellectual property rights of any party; or (f) collect data about other users without their consent. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Kajkarma makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of our services for any particular purpose. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kajkarma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Kajkarma in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kajkarma, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
